- Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for our customers, agents, and merchants.
- Demonstrate knowledge and passion for data products, API integrations, mobile and web development.
- Build a roadmap, own the backlog, and prioritize high‑leverage features grounded in qualitative and quantitative data.
- Build and maintain partnerships with leaders and stakeholders to influence and advance your agenda.
- Define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to understand the evolution and success of the product.
- Apply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners.
- Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies (API’s, Big Data, Native UI’s) and the ability to incorporate them into building great products.
- Proficiency with SQL to build data‑backed strategies, identify insights, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ownership of day‑to‑day KPI setting and monitoring.
- Comfort with backend products and a willingness to challenge the norm to do what is right for the team.
- Ownership of day‑to‑day product operations, including identifying bugs or leverage opportunities through comprehensive data understanding.
- A product‑centric mindset to take a product from ideation to production and continually iterate improvements.
- A customer‑first mindset.
- Strong communication skills to advance initiatives and create consensus through clear, concise, and contextually relevant messaging.
- Results‑focused and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and launch innovative, customer, agent, and merchant‑focused payment products that drive revenue and customer value.
- Enjoyment of working with diverse people and driving the team toward a common goal, putting the team before oneself and establishing long‑lasting relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of experience working in Product Management.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
- Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
Remote (Regardless of Location): $101,100 - $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management.
Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management.
Candidates hired in other locations will receive the pay range associated with that location. This role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives.
