We are now looking for a Partnership Manager to join our small but driven remote team. You must have proven experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and outbound outreach. You’ll work closely with the team on a daily basis and help establish and improve workflows, deadlines, and routines as we continue scaling.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate and business partners (retention, upsells, long-term relationships)
  • Identify and onboard new partners through outbound outreach and relationship-building
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements (rev share, CPA, hybrid structures)
  • Review and improve partner contracts and commercial terms (T&Cs, IOs, affiliate agreements)
  • Respond to inbound leads, clients, and partner requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Track, submit, and analyze lead and sales performance metrics
  • Support commercial operations such as order handling, content coordination, and invoicing
  • Represent the company during annual business trips and industry events
Who you are:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing affiliate partners and/or a portfolio of client accounts
  • Proven experience reviewing and negotiating partnership contracts and commercial terms
  • Proven experience with outbound email outreach using tools such as Apollo, Linked In, Google Sheets or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Nice to have:
    Experience with Hub Spot

Optimizee Group has been delivering results for partners worldwide through financial comparison platforms since 2017. Our portfolio includes  (the biggest cryptocurrency comparison service in Scandinavia),  (the biggest stock market comparison service in Sweden), and  (a new comparison service for credit cards, planned to launch 2026).

We are a small but driven remote team of five (as of Jan 2026): the founder, an Executive Assistant, a Content Manager, a Web Developer, and a Sales Manager — with a clear focus on recruiting and scaling. Our business model is mainly performance-driven, working closely global brokers, exchanges, and financial platforms through affiliate, rev-share, CPA, and hybrid commercial structures. Partnership sourcing and negotiation are core to our growth strategy.

Our platforms currently have 25,000+ monthly active users, 5,000 leads in backlog, 500 business clients, 250 partners, ~100 inbound leads per month without outreach, and up to 30 monthly renewals.

Compensation:
  • Uncapped performance-based commission
  • Estimated total compensation: $3,000–$5,000/month
  • Strong months estimated reach ~$6,000+/month
