- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in transformer services

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the energy sector or with insulation and components
- Familiarity with global product management processes
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in the transformer industry
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
