A leading commercial real-estate firm is seeking a Business Development Director – Tax Credit Advisory to drive business development and relationship management strategies. The role involves sourcing corporate buyers for transferable tax credits and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate high-value transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within renewable energy or financial services. The position is primarily remote with preference for candidates in NYC or SF Bay Area.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $220,000 annually, plus discretionary bonuses.
