• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing forecasts and reports for management
• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with high-value clients

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience managing customer-facing sales cycles
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in a sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving consistent quota attainment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with expertise in prioritization and time management

• Experience working cross-functionally with product teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a positive attitude
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools to drive productivity
