Our Client is a dynamic organization specializing in real estate investments. They are committed to fostering strong relationships with their investors and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and efficient processes. They are seeking a motivated Investor Relations Assistant to support their fundraising efforts and maintain robust investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial Outreach: Conduct preliminary outreach to potential investment leads to support fundraising initiatives. This includes light research and note-taking on prospective investors.
  • Scheduling and Follow-ups: Manage appointment scheduling, coordinate follow-ups, and organize investment materials to ensure timely and effective communication with investors.
  • Investor Communication: Engage in initial phone calls with investors to prequalify leads and develop ongoing relationships with the investor base. Clear and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Administrative Support: Provide executive assistant support, including organizing and maintaining investor information and electronic files.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in real estate, wealth management, finance, or high-end sales.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with minimal accent, enabling effective interaction with a diverse investor base.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
