The Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing Connecteam's Large business and Enterprise customers, ensuring their sustained success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of workforce management in large business environments, exceptional relational skills, and will serve as a trusted advisor to customers. They will leverage their background in digital transformation to identify challenges, craft tailored solutions, and introduce innovative strategies to boost adoption and deliver value.
This is a fully remote position.
- Develop and execute customer success plans based on customers’ main desired business outcomes
- Ensure customers obtain maximum value from Connecteam and use their licenses
- Consult with customers to solve problems and help them achieve goals
- Analyze data to track customer progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer success
- Work with customers to create new use cases and success stories
- Handle escalated clients quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem
- Experience in B2B SaaS – 2 years required
- Customer-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, energetic, entrepreneurial self-starter; comfortable running initiatives independently in a high-paced environment
- Experience helping customers deploy and see value from purchased products
- Experience building relationships with senior business and platform stakeholders
- Team player who enjoys giving and receiving feedback, with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Advantage: experience in a global remote-first team
- Experience in international, remote-first SaaS company
- Background in HR Tech, Workforce Management, or related industries

Salary range: 100-120K
