Logistics:

Type: BA - Mid level
Pay rate - $65 - 70 W2

Able to travel 30% to manufacturing locations (expenses paid). This BA will be heavily engaged in all things process, both on the manufacturing floor and internal systems. Looking for a bright, highly motivated, energetic go-getter to add to the team. Mid-level experience.

Solid BA skills (requirements, documentation, flexibility, problem solving, great communication, time management)

Great process skills

Experience in Oracle

Documentation skills

Experience in manufacturing

Great if they are a little skilled in project coordination

Knowledge of Agile framework and engage with Scrum Teams as they are rolling out Agile

KEY SKILLS AND

COMPETENCIES:

Self-starter with strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and business concepts to technical teams
Experience with business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation techniques
Proficient in Oracle EBS modules, particularly financials and manufacturing applications and ASCP
Working knowledge of data flow between Oracle modules and integrated systems
Experience with SQL for data analysis and validation
Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings
Excellent documentation skills for creating clear, concise process flows and specifications
Change management and training expertise to support user adoption
Project management capabilities to coordinate cross-functional implementation activities
Problem-solving orientation with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions
