Responsibilities

• Build and oversee BD activities, including drug candidate analysis, sourcing, screening, and outreach.
• Evaluate business opportunities through product assessment, market and competitive analysis, and develop business plans and financial models with team support.
• Manage deal flow, facilitate cross-functional cooperation, support due diligence, execute term sheets, and participate in negotiations.
• Manage alliances and maintain industry relationships.
• Align with the company's BD and portfolio strategies to ensure swift and effective execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in health-related fields or business/marketing;
  PhD or MBA from a leading institution preferred.
• Experience in biotech/pharma business development or investment/VC sectors.
• Strong industry presence and network.
• Project management, analytical skills, and experience in data analysis and finance modeling.
• At least 10 years of BD or related experience.
• Proven success in complex pharma/biotech transactions.
• Ability to interpret technical, business, and legal information.
• Leadership, project management, and partner/portfolio management skills.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and cross-border collaborations.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, confident, and positive management style.
