Position SummaryThis full‑time position supports the Terminal Field Operations Support group at the William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace
. It requires on‑site presence in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The role coordinates business operations and financial support, documentation management, and alignment with FAA standards.
- Track, document, and manage TFOS action items, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage PR requests to ensure timely funding of contracts.
- Conduct proactive follow‑ups with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate delays.
- Coordinate approval routing and signatures across TFOS.
- Develop and oversee a detailed budget for program teams.
- Advise managers on funding options and allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Assess budgetary needs, project operational expenses, and incorporate growth and market factors.
- Prepare budget forecasts for FAA ORB approval.
- Collaborate with CORs and team managers to monitor contract burn rates and provide analysis.
- Work with the Fund Certifier to maintain accurate budget sheets for all object codes.
- Generate financial reports from DELPHI, SPIRE, and OBWAN.
- Provide strategic guidance on long‑term resource allocation and risk mitigation.
- Create weekly and monthly progress reports, highlight risks, outline priorities, and track metrics.
- Attend TFOS staff meetings and cross‑program coordination meetings.
- Capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow‑up requirements.
- Support audits, configuration control activities, and reviews as required.
- Facilitate communication between TFOS and partner organizations.
- Develop, edit, and coordinate technical briefing materials for leadership and FAA stakeholders.
- Support content creation related to operational issues, system deployments, field support activities, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or program management, especially federal contracting or FAA experience.
- Experience with budget development, spend plan management, and financial forecasting.
- Understanding of federal budget systems and processes (DELPHI, SPIRE, PRISM).
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for funding justifications and executive presentations.
Security Clearance: Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Citizenship/Permanent Residency Requirement: Candidates must be U.S. citizens, have a U.S. Green Card, or possess a Non‑immigrant Work Authorization (VISA) and have resided in the U.S. for three consecutive years. The company cannot sponsor candidates.
Relocation: Relocation expenses are not offered; candidates must reside or commute within a 90‑mile radius of the site.
Work Environment- Full‑time position.
