Reporting to the Quality Assurance Team Leader, you’ll support the development of procedures and methods to evaluate the effectiveness of controls across Premium Credit.

• You’ll understand operational processes and procedures as well as the risk and control points.
• You’ll perform effectiveness testing and assist in the annual adequacy review process.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of testing procedures, you will ensure appropriate documentation is in place and that testing scripts are relevant and accurate
• Monitor industry updates to guarantee testing remains effective
• Develop and maintain relationships across teams and functional departments
• Contribute to reporting and meetings to ensure that clear and valuable information is provided.
