• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, both individuals and groups
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options while proactively anticipating traveler needs
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodations
• Ensure compliance with customers' travel policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve service levels

• Passion for excellence in client service with proactive anticipation of needs
• Native GDS expertise, specifically in Sabre
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling personal traveler information
• Understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations

• Experience in resolving customer issues quickly and independently
• Teamwork skills and openness to feedback
