Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking an Acquisition Support Analyst based in Sacramento, CA
. This position is open to remote work.
Job Summary: The Acquisition Support Analyst supports all areas of the Real Property Branch, including acquisitions, relocations, condemnation, and property management. The primary focus is on processing payment requests, data entry, records management, and document review.
Job Responsibilities- BA/BS degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Knowledge of real estate and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database entry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop trust with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate initiative and accountability.
- Knowledge of real estate and accounting;
Notary Public preferred.
