The Sourcing Analyst will have the primary responsibility to support the Indirect Category Managers from the Sourcing standpoint. The scope will be related to all subcategories included for Indirect Supplies and Services at US Plants. Will be the back‑up for Indirect category managers and will be involved in all relevant negotiations and projects to understand the business, liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Operations, HR, R&D, Supply chain, Quality) to fulfill any information requirements.

This position is located at our Home Office in Green Bay, WI.

• Prepare and attend suppliers and project meetings to support the relevant category manager.
• Analyze indirect spend data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and sourcing priorities.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support the Category Managers in negotiations and projects.
• Support research for new suppliers when needed.
• Support RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain supplier performance dashboards and track KPIs.
• Assist in the development of category strategies, procurement policies, and supplier vetting initiatives.
• Support the supplier onboarding process and supplier portal maintenance for Indirect suppliers.
• Administrate centrally procured categories.
• Utilize AI tools to support sourcing events.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect information for negotiations, contracting, cost optimization, and opportunities.
• Assist stakeholders with sourcing specific items as needed.
• Monitor suppliers’ contracts, coordinating with relevant local project managers and other areas to gather information for negotiations.
• Assist with reconciling and resolving basic supplier disputes.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years sourcing experience is preferred, preferably within FMCG or a similar industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Power BI or similar business analytical tools.
• Emotionally intelligent.
