As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a central role in shaping our global compliance champion. You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers and work closely with our Sales, Product, and Privacy Success teams. With your communication talent and strong organizational skills, you’ll always find the best way to understand customer needs and inspire them with smart solutions.

• Account Management & Customer Satisfaction: Together with the Account Management team, you will take care of our customers and ensure long-term, collaborative partnerships. You understand their needs and support them in achieving their compliance goals.

• Onboarding & Retention: With your attentive nature and proactive communication style, you ensure an excellent onboarding experience. You identify at‑risk customers, prevent churn, and support them throughout the renewal process.

• Upselling & Expansion: You identify opportunities within existing accounts and work with customers to develop new solutions and use cases to increase our monthly recurring revenue.

• Customer Feedback & Product Development: You understand our customers’ needs and provide structured feedback to our Product and Development teams.
