The position requires the candidate to be based in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, or Orlando, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines remote and in-office collaboration.

In this Role, you'll get to
  • Develop and grow local, regional, and global airline partnerships across the North America market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence market strategy for flights using local market knowledge and commercial insights.
  • Negotiate and manage airline contracts, including content, commercials, and performance agreements.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new airline opportunities within the North America flight market.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align strategies and ensure consistent execution.
  • Represent  in the market through meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
  • Work in a hybrid setup, combining office and home-based work.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required and participate in global meetings or calls across different time zones.
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably within airlines, travel agencies, distribution, or sales and marketing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the North American travel market, including airline distribution channels and commercial frameworks.
  • Proven ability to interpret and analyze data to inform commercial strategies and business decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet shared business and commercial goals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing initiatives that enhance performance with airline or travel partners.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Results-driven approach, maintaining accountability for achieving business objectives.
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including occasional international travel as required for business needs.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
