- Prospecting, cold calling, generating new business, cultivating business relationships, negotiating, forecasting, and managing a territory.
- Providing exceptional customer service and selling staffing solutions.
- Partnering and strategizing with Fortune 500 clients to create the best staffing solutions to drive client success.
- Participating in training programs and leveraging a remote training environment to develop skills from day one.
- Working in a flexible model with the option to work from home or in a hybrid environment, with support from management and team members.
Support and development come from the New Colleague Training program, a collaborative and interactive onboarding experience, with coaching from a Training Manager and daily virtual classroom engagement.
Your wellbeing is a priority, with a flexible work arrangement that supports autonomy and connectedness.
About you- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- Client sales: proficient at cold calling, delivering solutions, growing accounts, reviewing metrics, and presenting proposals.
- Productivity: effectively manages time, prioritizes tasks, meets deadlines, and handles multiple tasks.
- People champion: builds relationships across all levels and stays current on labor and employment laws.
- Technologically inclined: proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Skilled communicator: clear verbal and written communication in one-on-one and group settings.
- Self-motivated and competitive in a fast-paced environment.
