Diagnostics Solutions Executive (USA, REMOTE)
Join Danaher Corporation as a Diagnostics Solutions Executive and accelerate the development of cutting‑edge diagnostics to solve pressing health challenges. In this fully remote, small sales team role, you will partner across Danaher Diagnostics Operating Companies to provide a Danaher Diagnostic Solution to top accounts across the United States.
As a key account leader, you will cultivate strong relationships with customers, develop cross‑portfolio offering of diagnostic solutions, and lead the CXO account strategy. You will engage with operating company commercial teams and senior executives to secure executive sponsor ships, coordinate executive business reviews, and maintain customer satisfaction.
You will use insights from operating company teams and customer research to build an overall business strategy that meets the needs of hospital networks and drives revenue growth. Your responsibilities include generating growth, market share, and brand awareness by creating customized offerings, simplifying the customer supply chain, and improving their bottom line.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To- Understand customer business and financial goals and create a compelling account plan.
- Build and nurture relationships with the C‑suite and key stakeholders within health systems.
- Lead the strategic year‑over‑year business plan and drive sustained partnership.
- Utilize DBS tools to lead sales campaigns and align team actions with the value proposition.
- Partner with Delivery Operations for installation, go‑live, and maintenance and provide high‑level oversight.
- Collaborate with Operating Company commercial leadership to align local teams with overall system strategy.
- Manage funnel velocity, account action plans, executive‑level selling, and execution of proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably business or science); master’s degree preferred.
- 20+ years of sales experience, with at least 15 in hospitals or laboratories.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for executive level engagement.
- Customer‑focused mindset and solid project management skills.

We offer a broad array of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan. The base salary range for this role is $230,000 to $270,000, and the position is eligible for bonus and incentive pay.
