What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and manage national sales programs to drive vertical sales growth
  • Oversee project implementation, tracking, and reporting of various initiatives
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new programs with customers and internal teams
  • Foster relationships with customer accounts through continuous communication
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve objectives and ensure alignment with company goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing teams
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with retailers and understanding retail and distribution channels
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
