What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop an outside sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and performance targets.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with key customers, prospects, and industry partners.
  • Guide the team in understanding customer needs and delivering value‑based product and service solutions.
  • Oversee account analysis, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and implement strategic sales initiatives.
  • Ensure proactive prospecting and balanced sales coverage across all assigned accounts.
  • Support the team in effectively presenting Majestic’s products, services, and value proposition.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer activity and account information in company systems.
  • Maintain ongoing customer communication, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term business relationships.
  • Oversee contract administration and adherence to pricing, sales processes, and operational guidelines.
  • Apply performance management practices to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in sales meetings, customer visits, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to support customer needs and sales execution.
  • Other job‑related duties and special projects as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least ten (10) years of industrial or metal industry sales experience, with at least five (5) years in a sales leadership role.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows‑based applications.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of coaching and developing sales professionals.
  • Ability to lead and motivate remote teams through effective virtual supervision.
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales goals in competitive markets.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resilient and solutions‑focused, able to navigate challenges and maintain momentum.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, make sound judgments, and work independently.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Fifteen (15) years of industrial or metal industry sales experience, with 10+ years in a sales leadership role.
  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Additional:

  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively from a home office setting.
  • Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days as needed.
  • Frequent travel required; overnight travel up to 80%.
