• Administer oaths/affirmations.
• Execute jurats.
• Take acknowledgements and verifications on oaths or affirmations.
• Witness or attest signatures.
• Certify or attest copies.
• Note protests of negotiable instruments.
• Arrange or book signings.

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Notary Public certification. A Notary record book and Notary Ink stamp (rectangular) are required.
• Experience in notarizing loan documents.
• Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Detail‑oriented.

• High‑speed Internet connection.
• Dependable computer with camera and microphone.
• Home office setup.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

$125.00‑$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
