Join Technomic’s fast‑paced Products team! Our passion is Ignite, the premiere SaaS platform for food service insights, dynamically answering questions like “which pizza toppings are trending?” and “why do Millennia ls love cold brew so much?”
We work side‑by‑side with our developers to create high‑quality, intuitive tools for the largest restaurant chains and food manufacturers. You’ll work closely with users, product owners, and designers to groom our product roadmaps. As the ultimate product expert, you’ll prioritize and break requirements down into bite‑sized chunks. When your new features go live, you’ll feel the satisfaction of making a real difference for our clients.
PositionResponsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in the product and be passionate about creating the absolute best customer experience
- Gather and develop business requirements into epic and stories to build products that delight users
- Proactively engage stakeholders in design, priority setting, and implementation of the project
- Build coalitions among the various stakeholders to move projects forward
- Manage product development from the ideation phase to client launches
- Lead the communication plan for product launches
- Ensure new features meet requirements and identify current or potential problems
- Track usage and provide solutions on how to increase it ongoing
- Analyze problems encountered in testing and work with the team to determine the corrective changes
- Offer feedback on usability for a wide range of products
- Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
- Provide solutions to make data imports and processes more efficient
- Work with Product Owners, Designers, and Software Developers in an Agile team environment
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- 1‑3 years of product‑related experience in a software development environment
- Strong critical thinking and analytical problem‑solving skills
- Strong sense of ownership
- Actively seeks challenging assignments, is genuinely excited by a challenge
- Communication in an organized and knowledgeable manner
- Manages time working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work on a team and individually
- Strong work ethic
- Self‑motivated
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point
