• Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale for enterprise software clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Drive revenue through continued renewal of software licenses, usage, and further software adoption
• Monitor account health and metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for growth leading up to renewal
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and present ROI to executive stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback and influence product roadmap

• Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in software sales, customer success, or project management
• Scientific background, particularly in molecular biology, is highly desired
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication and training skills
• Outstanding problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed sales organization

• Minimum of 2+ years of related experience with a degree in Bioinformatics, Clinical Data Analysis, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or Biochemistry; advanced degrees (Masters, MBA, or PhD) are a plus
