Business Coach / Consultant, Exit Strategy (TX). Exit Factor is expanding their team. You must be located in Texas to apply for this position, with openings in the Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin metro areas.
What is Exit Factor?Exit Factor is a business consulting firm focused on helping small to mid-size businesses increase profit, efficiency, and value to prepare for future sale. We work with companies from $0 to $30 million in revenue across the United States in various industries. Exit Factor is a fully remote company with annual conferences and is owned by a large global organization.
Day to Day Responsibilities- Meet with potential Exit Factor members.
- Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system.
- Provide additional resources from our online curriculum to enhance sessions.
- Participate in initial training and certification and ongoing education.
- Work closely with the Member Services team to ensure great customer service.
- Expanded relationships with more than 100 partners across the U.S.
- Growing small business sales market with opportunity in an untapped market.
- Flexible schedule and remote work.
- Support and resources of a large global company with a small business feel.
- Mentorship and resources from top professionals with a trained shared services team.
- Collaborate with industry leaders with an entrepreneurial growth mindset.
- Ability to scale work from part-time to full-time as needed.
- 2–3 years of prior business consulting or coaching experience.
- Computer proficiency including conducting Zoom presentations.
- Customer-facing experience or strong affinity for customer interaction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with strong phone skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, driven, success-focused approach.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, Zoom, Slack (or the ability to learn them).
Exit Factor originated from the mergers/acquisitions space via Transworld Business Advisors and United Franchise Group. Our founder, Jessica Fialkovich, has led growth across Transworld offices with extensive sales experience and industry recognition.

This is a 1099 contract position. Compensation is commission-based with a share of revenue managed; average hourly rate is approximately $200.
