As a Mobile Notary / Loan Signing Agent
, you will:

• Conduct in‑person or remote loan document signings.
• Verify borrower identities according to state notary laws.
• Guide clients through real estate closing packages without offering legal advice.
• Ensure all signatures, initials, and notarizations are completed accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow proper document‑handling procedures.
• Return completed packages on time via secure upload or overnight courier.
• Communicate with title companies, lenders, and signing services as needed.

Earn $75–$200+ per loan signing, depending on:

• Type of loan package
• Travel distance
• Scanbacks

Additional income may also be earned by performing general notary work in your local area.
