• Support management of day-to-day operations for Field Access Specialist (FAS) teams
• Lead new hire field team training for sales and FAS teams
• Perform quarterly FAS field rides and lead FAS FIT meetings while reporting on insights
• Manage budget and performance monitoring of the FAS team
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards

• Doctorate degree OR
• Master’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR
• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR
• Associate’s Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR
• High school diploma/GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

• Experience in access process and patient support service programs or field sales experience
• Ability to translate data and analytics into actionable insights
• Experience with budget and team performance management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Skills in PowerPoint and Excel for developing compelling presentation content
