• Plan, organize, and lead department activities, including project planning and human resource management
• Explain and discuss products, benefits, and services to stakeholders
• Coordinate and monitor distribution channel activities to meet performance standards
• Identify and execute additional field training needs for product enhancement
• Lead office and broker visits to support product sales and organize group meetings

• Strong experience and extensive knowledge of Dental and Vision Group Insurance products
• At least 4+ years of Group Insurance experience
• Proven ability to build relationships with sales personnel
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the work period and possess a valid driver's license

• Knowledge of competitors' products and positioning
• Management experience within a team environment
