• Handle Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, DSCR, and Private lending programs
• Build your own book, your own systems, and your own Realtor referral machine, we help you set it all up

• Active NMLS license (good standing)
• Minimum 2 years of origination experience
• Minimum production of $1M per month/MLO
• Working knowledge of multiple loan products
• Strong follow-up and CRM discipline
• Tech fluency in Arive, Hub Spot, Slack, Box, and Outlook
• Solid follow-up discipline (we expect 8/10 or higher)
• Must be proficient with digital systems including Hub Spot, Arive, and Slack
• Experience with purchase business preferred
