The E15 Analyst will spearhead analytics delivery to operators and partners at State Farm Arena, collaborating with the Vice President of Hospitality Strategy and other leadership to set strategy, advance analytics processes, and drive operational innovation.
Responsibilities- General analytics support for State Farm Arena in partnership with Levy Restaurants.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client and Levy stakeholders to understand strategies and business objectives.
- Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations aligned with the Hawk’s goals.
- Develop deep knowledge of the venue’s physical layout, proposed technologies, and operational processes.
- Design and implement pricing, product, placement, and promotion strategies for concessions and premium distribution points, based on team objectives and fan feedback.
- Create and standardize reporting formats (heat maps, dashboards, slide decks, status updates) for use by partners and operators.
- Collaborate with the Hawk’s to support strategy development for new technology initiatives.
- Communicate key guest insights and action items.
- Analyze and build optimal solutions around variable labor and cost of sales management.
- Leverage AI, consumer insights, and emerging technology tools to drive guest experience and profitability.
- Support, manage, or directly complete ad-hoc analytics projects as required.
This role requires on‑site work at State Farm Arena with occasional presence during events. Flexible remote work may be approved in coordination with the Vice President of Hospitality based on workload and business needs.
Qualifications- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work in a consultative role at all levels of an organization.
- 2‑5+ years of experience in quantitative, analytical, and/or client‑facing businesses, and experience interacting with internal organizational leadership.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in business analytics, finance, statistics, economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage R, Python, SQL, and Tableau in analytical workflows.
- Experience in using data visualization tools, visual features of statistical software tools, or PowerPoint to communicate complex ideas to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience in Excel, and experience in financial modeling a plus.
- Experience in survey analytics.
- Can share examples of using data to solve complex problems.
- Food service operations awareness/experience a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.
