• Define product vision and roadmap by aligning with business goals and market needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive product development
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, prioritize features, and communicate progress effectively
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify innovation opportunities
• Lead and facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog management

• Extensive experience in technical and/or supply chain-focused product management
• Deep experience in creating product roadmaps and applying prioritization frameworks
• Strong understanding of APIs, software systems, and technical concepts
• Supply chain domain expertise, ideally with exposure to FMCG, logistics, or manufacturing products
• Experience partnering with technical teams such as data scientists and ML engineers

• Exposure to driving ambitious, qualitative, directional, and time-bound OKRs
• Familiarity with IoT, telemetry, and asset tracking technologies
• Understanding of how individual features fit into the broader ecosystem and company goals
• Knowledge of negotiation, conflict resolution, and expectation setting
• Experience with building configurable solutions focusing on modular design and reusability
