• Manage and lead a team of Mid-Market Sales Directors, fostering growth and innovation in sales strategies
• Build and maintain key relationships with clients as the team expands across the US market
• Engage senior-level executives in strategic meetings to align on sales strategies and objectives
• Deliver high-quality results by consistently exceeding sales quotas and team metrics
• Collaborate with existing leaders to enhance go-to-market strategies

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience leading a sales team in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and team metrics
• Deep understanding of the sales process and consumer insights
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience required

• Experience with household panel data such as Nielsen and/or Circana
• Comfort with travel as required for client meetings
