CCL Hospitality Group seeks a Director of Business Development who shares our values, works with a talented team, and aggressively sells to the Behavioral Health sector. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Director will generate leads, develop prospects, and secure contracts in their assigned region.

• Actively prospect, nurture, and develop opportunities
• Sell business and meet financial quotas
• Develop a strategic business plan for new business opportunities
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and prospect communication as required
• Update and maintain prospect database of contacts and sales activity
• Attend conferences as necessary
• Travel extensively

• Ability to prospect and develop the market and territory
• Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs, and communicate effectively both with the client and within the organization
• Ability to build and foster relationships with individuals at all levels, representing the culture and brand of CCL, Unidine & Coreworks
• Ability to understand financials and meet financial quotas
• In-depth knowledge of food service operations
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development role in the food service management industry
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the assigned sales territory
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Must reside within the assigned territory
