Sr. Surrogacy Case Manager

Job Description

The Senior Surrogacy Case Manager manages surrogacy journeys from match through postpartum while also supporting consistency and collaboration across the case management team. This role carries a full caseload and serves as a resource to other case managers on protocols, case flow, and complex cases. This is a non-supervisory, senior-level role for someone who wants meaningful work, autonomy, and influence without people management.

Responsibilities

• Manage surrogacy cases from match through postpartum
• Serve as the primary contact for intended parents, gestational surrogates, clinics, attorneys, and counselors
• Provide non-clinical emotional support, education, and proactive issue resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication
• Support other case managers with guidance on protocols and best practices
• Assist with onboarding, quality checks, and occasional case coverage
• Collaborate with Operations on workflow and process improvements

• Active LMSW or LCSW required
• Required:
  
  3–5+ years of experience in surrogacy related family-building work as a case manager
• Strong judgment, organization, and communication skills
• Comfortable managing a full caseload while supporting team consistency
• Ability to occasionally support clients outside standard business hours
