As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of the client support team, providing seamless support to clients and financial advisors. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.   • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.

Competitive Compensation

  • Hiring minimum: $22.50; hiring maximum: $24.36. Merit‑based salary increases may follow.

Role Requirements
  • Client service:
    Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve issues; maintain relationships.
  • Account management:
    Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative & operational support:
    Work independently; schedule appointments; prepare materials; manage correspondence; support marketing initiatives; streamline processes; update SOPs; execute on the branch business plan.
  • Technology:
    Strong computer literacy; willingness to learn new tech and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
