These roles are primarily in‑office at our Downtown Kansas City location, with flexibility to work from home or off‑site one day per week, and the potential for up to two days per week based on performance, role responsibilities, and business needs.
About The PositionThe Digital Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for driving scalable, data‑driven digital growth for Paris Brothers across demand generation, eCommerce, and customer lifecycle marketing. This role owns the operational execution, measurement, and optimization of digital marketing programs across owned and paid channels, ensuring alignment between brand, revenue, and customer experience objectives.
The position partners closely with Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, and Analytics stakeholders to translate strategy into high‑performing campaigns, manage marketing technology and data workflows, and continuously optimize performance through rigorous analytics and testing. Success in this role is defined by measurable improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, customer retention, and return on marketing investment.
