• Develop and execute annual business plans for revenue growth and market share expansion
• Identify, recruit, and manage a network of distributors and channel partners
• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team, setting quotas and performance metrics
• Own the P&L for the distribution segment, managing budgets and sales forecasting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major distributors and strategic accounts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of leadership experience in sales distribution, logistics, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of trucking, transportation, and freight optimization
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and C-TPAT compliance
• Proven track record in cost reduction, productivity improvement, and customer service excellence

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience managing union and non-union work forces
• Highly motivated and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
• Travel availability for 50-70% of the time
