Job Description
This position serves as the first‑line supervisor overseeing the daily activities of the Data Operations Unit. The unit provides data entry and imaging functions for Treasury customers. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining unit goals, performance metrics, and priorities; managing full‑time and temporary staff; leading a transition to a paperless environment; ensuring data input controls; investigating and correcting errors; communicating daily with customers;
and performing supervisory duties such as time and attendance, leave approval, performance reviews, and disciplinary action. The supervisor must understand IBM Data Cap imaging software, Siebel CRM, File Net, SAP, and Power BI systems to oversee Data Operations testing and implement technology improvements.
- Oversee daily activities and staff of the Data Operations Unit.
- Set unit goals, objectives and performance metrics.
- Prioritize work and direct full‑time and temporary employees to ensure timely document processing.
- Assist the transition to a paperless environment and establish data input controls.
- Investigate and correct data errors.
- Communicate daily with customers.
- Perform supervisory duties: time & attendance, leave approval, performance reviews, and disciplinary action.
- Understand and apply IBM Data Cap, Siebel CRM, File Net, SAP, and Power BI to test and improve Data Operations processes.
- Create and analyze reports and spreadsheets; develop procedures and training.
- Implement quality improvement and technology enhancements for the unit.
Education and Experience
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience equivalent to an experienced‑level technician, paraprofessional, or professional (e.g., Office Supervisor, Secretary Supervisor, Emergency Dispatch Supervisor, or Human Resources Customer Service Supervisor).

- Hybrid remote work: eligible to work remotely on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays; onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Full‑time position located in Michigan. Hybrid schedule: remote work on Mon, Thu, Fri; onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Minimum internet bandwidth and secure workstation required.
