We’re looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join our sales team and help execute on our growth strategy. Klipboard is a SaaS‑based, next‑generation field service management platform that transforms how organisations manage their mobile workforce. We help our customers operate smarter and more efficiently for the delivery of service jobs in the field.
52% of field service businesses globally have no software for operating their business, therefore representing a huge opportunity for our growth. We are currently growing at a rapid pace with more and more people across 12 countries using Klipboard to manage their field service business operations.
This is a rare opportunity to join a growth stage technology company, working with a close‑knit team to uncover new opportunities and position yourself for success and rapid career progression as we have plans to rapidly scale the team over the next 12 months.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting to and working side by side with Senior Account Managers, you’ll be the first point of contact for almost all new customers.
- You’ll need to be all over channels like phone, email and social, creating clever ways to break through the noise and book meetings for your team to close.
- Primarily outbound, but you will also work some warm or incoming leads generated by inbound marketing.
- Initially you’ll work from our established sales playbook for outbound; over time you will be expected to use your own instincts to make it your own and further enhance and develop your sales prospecting skill set.
- Experience using a CRM (preferably Hubspot).
- Experience in a recent new‑business sales role (outbound and/or SaaS environment).
- A confident telephone and communication manner.
- Bundles of energy.
- A love of learning and overwhelming sense of curiosity.
- Coachable and open to constructive feedback.
- Comfortable role‑playing with the team.
- Open to self‑development and continual progress.
- Inbound experience.
- Have used Intercom.
- Have used personas in selling.
