We are a rapidly growing consumer goods brand reimagining how people purchase and experience consumer products. As we expand our presence in the retail wholesale channel, we are seeking a dedicated team member to deliver best-in-class operational support to our national account partners.
- Account Coordination & Communication
Serve as the day-to-day operational liaison for assigned key accounts, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and wholesale partners across North America. - Manage inbound client requests, ensuring timely follow-up and close collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Support the preparation of client-facing materials, including business reviews, pitch decks, and reports aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Attend weekly meetings with KAMs and senior leadership; participate in client calls as needed to document next steps and ensure follow-through on deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Sales Operations Coordinator on logistics-related support, including order flow visibility, fulfillment updates, and fixture/sample tracking. - Collaborate with Commercial Leadership and Trade Marketing to align marketing activations, promotions, and sell-in initiatives for key accounts.
- Coordinate with Merchandising Managers and Planning teams to ensure new product launches are accurately reflected in account assortments and materials.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Data & Analytics, and Customer Success teams to collect, synthesize, and report on key performance metrics.
- Reporting & Analysis
Compile and analyze internal and external data (sell-through, returns, marketing performance) to provide actionable insights to KAMs. - Prepare weekly and quarterly reports on account performance, upcoming launches, and key deliverables.
- Maintain data accuracy for contracts, assortments, and sales documentation within reporting systems (e.g., Looker, CRM).
- Monitor weekly sell-out data, monthly inventory-on-hand reports, and quarterly forecasts to support collaborative replenishment planning and service-level excellence.
- Presentation & Strategic Support
Prepare high-quality client presentations, proposals, and business review decks in partnership with KAMs and cross-functional teams. - Support the development of client engagement plans, strategic playbooks, and post-launch performance summaries.
- Assist in coordinating joint marketing initiatives with Trade Marketing and Creative teams to ensure timely delivery of account assets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project coordination and follow-through skills.
- A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
- A proactive problem solver who anticipates account needs and delivers polished, professional outputs.
- Culturally fluent and adaptable when supporting partners across North America.
- 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise or national account teams within wholesale, consumer goods, or regulated industries.
- Solid MS Excel experience (pivot, V-Look up/XLook up)
- Fluency in at least one secondary language (Spanish or French) is strongly preferred (written and verbal).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and client-facing collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Monday, Looker, CRM, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
- Proven ability to prepare executive- and client-ready presentations, reports, and business reviews.
- Demonstrated organizational excellence, with strong data accuracy and confidentiality standards.
- Experience in optical, vision care, or high-volume accessories industries.
- Familiarity with retail merchandising, assortment planning, or product lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting joint marketing campaigns or retail brand activations.
- Working knowledge of North American retail ecosystems and cross-border account management.
