• Support the Office of Associate Conduct in conducting investigations and resolving employee relations issues
• Assist with handling and resolving associate complaints and grievances
• Recommend appropriate actions for disciplinary measures and terminations
• Participate in exit interviews and grievance procedures
• Document all associate relations matters to ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies

• Bachelor's degree
• Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
• Ability to respond effectively to business and employee needs
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize work effectively to meet tight deadlines

• Experience presenting and communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to influence others and manage relationships across all levels of the organization
• Willingness to travel as needed for the position
