What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Implement and assist in planning the Client Experience & Engagement Plan
  • Lead improvements in client engagement activities such as onboarding and training
  • Manage high-volume workforce processes, including onboarding and offboarding of ~4,000 employees
  • Lead biannual regression testing and validation for Workday enhancements
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in client-facing operations, workforce administration, or HR operations
  • Proficient in Workday CRM
  • Skilled in Salesforce, including Builder and Case Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in workforce development, community college systems, or nonprofit environments preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with employer of record (EOR), staffing operations, or regulated workforce environments strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead internal professional development sessions
