In this role, you will represent established online education and leadership programs within a structured global framework. You will operate independently while using provided systems, tools, and training to support consistent and professional engagement with prospective clients.
Primary activities include:
- Professional outreach and relationship development
- Consultative conversations with prospective clients
- Digital marketing and online engagement
- Managing inquiries and follow-up using CRM tools
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales, consulting, training, HR, operations, or other client-facing roles
- Currently in career transition or exploring an alternative professional structure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently within defined systems
- Able to manage time, priorities, and follow-through
This opportunity offers a flexible schedule and may be structured to align with either full-time or part-time availability.
Responsibilities- Participate in training and alignment sessions
- Attend weekly team calls via Zoom or phone
- Implement outreach and engagement strategies across platforms such as Linked In and Facebook
- Manage leads and follow-up using provided systems
- Conduct structured discovery conversations
- Support onboarding and client follow-through
- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual client activity.
This role does not include a base salary or employee benefits.
