• Collaborate with customer teams to set goals, priorities, and promotional plans for volume and distribution
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track customer‑specific objectives and execution
• Create selling materials to assist the Field Execution team in driving alignment and support
• Coordinate resolution of service issues and lead service reporting efforts
• Provide overall management and leadership for planning, reporting, and post‑promotional analysis

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field
• Strong analytical skills to track and improve performance metrics
• Proven leadership abilities to manage customer relationships and execution
• Willingness to travel 15-25%

• Sales experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
