- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale BPO deals within the Legal or Financial Services sectors
- Exceptional business acumen, customer-driven focus, and strong time management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data trends and patterns
- Proficiency in using for sales operations
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Desire for continuous learning about the employer's products and services
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the ability to apply effective solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, MAC, and other technical tools
- Valid Driver's License
