Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Palm Bay, FL, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and conducting market analysis to identify emerging trends. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing contracts, creating proposals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure the delivery of quality solutions to clients.
Qualifications- Experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and achieving revenue growth targets
- Skills in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and identifying emerging business opportunities
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships, and contract negotiation
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- 5+ years of experience in the aerospace or defense industries
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software is preferred
