What You’ll Do as a Vice PresidentAs a Vice President, you will be a senior account leader shaping how we build client partnerships, deliver exceptional work, and grow your book of business. You will:
- Lead complex, high-impact client accounts with strong strategic insight and executive presence
- Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Develop scopes, proposals, budgets, timelines, and multiyear growth plans
- Identify client challenges and turn insights into actionable solutions, expanded scopes, and meaningful new work
- Play a key role in new business development by identifying prospects, nurturing opportunities, and leading or co‑leading pitches
- Guide the strategic direction and quality of project work across teams
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and the EVP to evolve client strategy, delivery models, and service innovation
- Mentor Account Directors, Account Executives, and broader team members to support their development
- Bring thought leadership, structure, and clarity to agency‑wide initiatives and process improvements

Who You AreYou’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- A seasoned client strategist with excellent communication and executive presence
- Skilled at uncovering client pain points and translating them into clear, compelling solutions
- Experienced in consistently growing accounts and developing long‑term client partnerships
- Someone with a proven track record of winning new business in an agency or consulting environment
- Highly organized and confident managing complex, multi‑workstream accounts and teams
- Collaborative, thoughtful, and steady under pressure
- Comfortable with budgets, forecasting, and portfolio‑level oversight
- A natural mentor who invests in developing others and strengthening team performance
- 8–12+ years in senior client leadership, strategy, consulting, communications, or marketing roles
- Demonstrated success in both organic business development and new business generation
- Broad experience and knowledge of the food and beverage sector, wellness space, or adjacent health‑related industries
- Previous experience in an agency and/or CPG environment, with a solid understanding of how brands, consumers, and stakeholders interact
- Strong track record of leading complex accounts and partnering with senior‑level client stakeholders
- Scientific or nutrition background (RD, RNutr, etc.) is a plus, not required
