Takes ownership of assigned portfolio of Supplies (Themal Transfer Ribbon, Labels, and RFID Tags), and / or solutions sales for assigned end‑user account(s) or territory. Develops and executes sales strategy for these assigned account(s) or territory. Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts and leverages to Zebra’s advantage. Create and deliver high impact sales presentations and capable of product training.
Business Development & Sales Enablement:- Lead and support the regional sales pipeline for the assigned portfolio, collaborating closely with sales teams across the APAC region
- Oversee the P&L of Custom Supplies (Themal Transfer Ribbon, Labels, and RFID Tags) and drive growth for the entire Supplies portfolio , fostering strong engagement with channel partners and end users
- Support additional product lines and drive business growth in strategic segments in collaboration with Sales and Business Units
- Assist in key strategic deals and customer presentations for the assigned portfolio across the APAC region
- Contribute to strategic sales growth initiatives
- Develop and implement the go‑to‑market strategy for the assigned portfolio across the APAC region
- Serve as the primary liaison between the global business unit and the APAC sales, marketing, and channel teams
- Analyze regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Manage new product introductions (NPIs) for the assigned portfolio within the APAC region
- Provide comprehensive and structured feedback from the APAC region to global product management and engineering teams to influence future product roadmaps
- Preferred 3-5 years of experience in the Supplies (Themal Transfer Ribbon, Labels, and RFID Tags) industry
- Strong communication skills in business development and stakeholder management
- Self‑motivated with a growth mindset
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
