Purpose of RoleWe are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major programme of lifecycle and capital works at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in Woolwich.
Job DescriptionYou will be the communication and organisational hub for the programme — ensuring smooth information flow between the Trust, supply chain, project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams. You’ll support planning, tracking and coordination activities to keep key milestones on schedule and ensure all parties have what they need to deliver safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of 150–200 ongoing lifecycle and capital projects
- Act as the main communication link between the Trust, supply chain, subcontractors and internal project teams
- Maintain accurate project schedules, trackers, dashboards and documentation
- Support project managers with planning, reporting and workflow management
- Monitor progress against timelines and flag risks, issues or delays early
- Track approvals, permits, compliance documentation and safety requirements
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout each project stage
- Experience in a project coordination, PMO or programme support role
- Experience in construction, engineering, healthcare or operational environments (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of information
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast moving, deadline driven environment
- Good IT literacy — Excel, Outlook, project systems and trackers
