This role is for a Lead Business Analyst in Financial Services, based in Charlotte (hybrid). Contract length is 12‑24 months with an unknown pay rate. Requires 8 years of Business Analysis experience, Agile and Scrum/Kanban methodologies, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• 8 years of Business Analyst, implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 8 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Demonstrated capabilities effectively interfacing with engineers, analysts, architects, PMs, and Mid/Senior/Executive Leadership.
• Advanced level experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

• Analyze, interpret, define, and document detailed requirements and acceptance criteria in features and user stories by collaborating with business and technology teams, and third‑party/other interfaces or partners.
• Gather & catalog functional, non‑functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
• Extract and scrub data, export to Excel, perform pivot tables and formulas, and present current and future status updates.
• Look at all activities and place them within a structured environment.
• Analyze production reporting.
• Perform workload optimization and capacity optimizations.
• Organize and streamline reporting.
• Present where volume of work is increasing or decreasing.
• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large‑scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges requiring in‑depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Work Location:

Charlotte – hybrid schedule (2‑3 days onsite/work from home).

Duration: 12‑24 months initial contract; possible extensions and/or conversion.
