• Lead the annual statistics and global reach calculation process, coordinating across various teams to collect and analyze data on key organizational indicators
• Maintain and update the core indicator list and supporting resources, ensuring relevance to organizational priorities and alignment with global standards
• Develop and support standard organizational MEAL tools and capacity‑building resources to enhance data quality and usage
• Provide technical guidance and quality assurance on evaluation planning, design, analysis, and data use for decision‑making
• Conduct trainings for teams on various MEAL topics to enhance knowledge and skills

• Advanced degree in economics, statistics, international development, public policy, or related social sciences
• Minimum five years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting monitoring and evaluation frameworks
• Experience in managing program performance indicators, data collection, and reporting
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and work collaboratively within diverse teams
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in MS Office and analytic tools like MS PowerBI

• Proficiency with MS Power Apps
• Experience in program implementation in emergency and low-resource contexts
• Advanced training in quantitative data analysis or evaluation methodologies
• Experience in rolling out organizational initiatives related to monitoring and evaluation
• Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic
